Bureaucracy Ruling The World...

After a long time, infact years after, I have landed in a feeling of being weak to face the world. Bureaucracy rules the world, is what proved again in front my eyes today, and i could not stop an emotion forcing out of my two big eyes; somehow i feel, Indian Constitution should reframe the legal meaning of a RULE. Although we Indians are clear about implications on breaking rules, i somehow somewhere feel we lack creativity in creating rules. Now dont get puzzled staring at what am i trying to say... its all about an individual fighting for his basic right which could not come along with a rule made by his organisation. A partial deviation costed him very high and believe me, standing outside the issue, silently and nodding against what i felt from heart is the feeling that has hurt me today! A small question again arised in my mind, do we really need rules, if yes, why cant genuinity be given a fair exception in that...
If life is all about feeling bad for things going wrong, and inability to act against them, what would be the moral of this story.............??????
