Expertise - Experience - Exposure... do they mean the same??

When I was sitting at the verge of my patience in a bank with a rare case seeking help, a thought runned through me if experience and exposure are complementary or do they mean two different skills? Well, then after a few minutes of brain storming i realised, getting exposure is not a big deal in these days... where one can cross seven seas in search of knowledge and wisdom!! However, exposure combined with knowledge would only lead to expertise... and application of this expertise in various case studies would lead to experience... Experience doesnt really mean to a person who has no expertise (pl read through my analysis of expertise). so may come 100 experienced bankers who have been serving the same desk since 30 odd years... i have realised my case would never get solved. so people, build expertise and live to gain experience using that and help world grow faster than you!!!
